So many of you would be tired of feeling heaviness and other problems raised due to Fatness. well, here is a good and reliable solution for all to reduce Fatness and improve Fitness to live better.

Why to reduce weight and stop being overweight?

Well, every human body contains some Fat in more or less quantity. The extra Fat increases weight of the Body which leads to laziness, difficulty in breathing, etc. and to lose some weight we are required to take certain steps and keep things in mind like drinking more and more water, eating Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, etc.

This most of the people know now a days but, things that actually works needs a perfect schedule and procedure to follow and maintain.

Exercise is most importantantly done at the wake up time (early in the morning) and person shall take a long walk (till half an hour) in the nearby park regularly.

Drinking lot of water in accordance with your weight is really helpful to let you do more exercises and avoiding dehydration in the Body.

Sleeping on time and avoiding waking up late at night, and must take a sleep for at least 6-8 hours a day can also impact on your Physical Body Conditions.

Day 1: Only Eating Fresh Fruits

Eating fresh fruits with a high level of anti-oxidants such as lemon, oranges, etc. The fruits must contain water, essential nutrients and lesser Fats. Make smoothies; pour in a glass of banana or apple smoothie to gratify hunger for a long time.

Day 2: Go For Veggies Only

Eating boiled vegetables helps you to lose weight like spinach, broccoli, etc. A cup of chopped Vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers and leafy green can substitute fatty snacks and helps you to lose weight.

Day 3 and 4: Eat Mix and Match Diet!

Adding a glass of milk in morning and in evening to your vegetables-rich diet. For Snacks, you can have Oats, Pearled Barley, and Long-grain Brown Rice, etc.

Day 5: Eat a Healthy Diet

Along with fruits and veggies, you may have low fat yogurt, one egg, beans, and/or tomato sauce and fruit juice. Eating fiber-rich food such as barley, whole wheat pasta can help cut hunger between meals.

Note: Fiber makes a person to feel – quicker and speeder, and helps in losing weight.

Day 6 and 7: Eat Light Diet

Drinking vegetable soup (if Non-Veg. then, you can add slices of Fish, which is lower in fat) and if you prefer soup outdoors, make sure it is not filled with too much calories.

As you know that fat increases the weight which is not good for heath, one must ignore fast food and the food which contains too much oil, ghee, fatty contents like butter etc. Do regular exercises for maintaining health and keep drinking water which helps in increasing skin glow for our face beauty.

Note: In winter don’t ignore drinking water it leads to various stomach problems and drinking too much tea or coffee along with it can lead to Dehydration.
