Till now (December 2014) we were discussing over the all new 8 core Octa Processors powered by MediaTek, but, now it has gone insane when I heard about NVIDIA announced about NVIDIA Tegra K1 with 192 core processors chipset.

What is in new NVIDIA Tegra K1 (192 core processor)

Recently, NVIDIA came to its CES press conference for discussing over next-generation mobile processor which will going to be updated in Mobile devices this year. The NVIDIA chipset makers have officially announced Tegra K1 which was basically designed for Laptops and Desktops and was later added to Super Computers is the first 192 core processor (GPU) for mobile.

How NVIDIA Tegra K1 is better than others?

The first this about Tegra K1 is that it is fully capable for delivering higher speed for developing applications for computer vision and speech recognition. Moreover, its extraordinary efficiency delivers higher performance than any other mobile GPU at the same power level making it better than others.

“Over the past two decades, NVIDIA invented the GPU and has developed more graphics technologies than any other company,” said Jen-Hsun Huang, co-founder and CEO, NVIDIA. It was also added “With Tegra K1, we’re bringing that heritage to mobile. It bridges the gap for developers, who can now build next-gen games and apps that will run on any device.”
