How to keep our Teeth Healthy and Dentist away

So for the first time, we will discuss about most important part Teeth which is used to have Food the most important thing in our life. Food is really necessary next to water that goes in our mouth and if taken without care than it could be harmful for our teeth and even damage them for forever.

There are many particles than together works as a Food which sometime sticks to our teeth and can cause various tooth diseases such as tooth decay, tooth erosion, etc. therefore Taking Care of Every Tooth is really important as compared to taking care of other Body-Parts.

Only Brushing and Flossing your Teeth is not enough for keeping a Healthy Tooth and preventing Tooth Problems. It’s really important to have a good Oral Health habits because having a Dental Problem may have more negative consequences than you can ever imagine!

If you really don’t take care of your teeth, it won’t be long before Cavities and Unhealthy Gums make your mouth very, very sore. So, if you want to make your Teeth and Gums should be healthy.

Follow 3 simple steps each day:

Step 1: Brush your teeth 2-3 times per day and floss each night.

The Night period is under attack with sugar, acids and bacteria’s which have to be eliminated by Brushing and Flossing right before going to Bed!

Step 2: Stay away from acidic foods.

Carbonated Beverage reduces the white enamel of your teeth leaving the off-white and dark enamel exposed. This becomes the major factor for increasing sensitivity of your Teeth.

Step 3: Make less use of sugar refined foods.

You should concentrate on eating some Fruits and Veggies which do contain sugars and carbohydrates, as they contains natural Sugar & Carbohydrates which are healthier and are different from the ones we finds in soft foods such as donuts, candy bars, etc… as the sugar present in these things adds a feast for the bad bacteria in the mouth.

I am sure that many of you would be thinking that maintaining this kind of regular routine is very difficult, but, if we will follow these steps there are chances of not having tooth decay, and maintaining these steps may keep our tooth and gums healthy.

Note: Avoid eating sticky and unhealthy food for teeth which help in keep away dentist.
